At Yolie Patisserie, we are committed to delivering fresh, handcrafted mochi to our customers. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we have a strict no-return policy. Please review our refund and replacement terms below.

No Refunds for Perishable Items

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of mochi: • We do not accept returns once the product has been picked up or delivered. • If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will assess your request.

Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Order
• If your mochi arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us within 24 hours.

✅ Quality Concerns
• If you believe the mochi is not fresh or does not meet our quality standards, let us know immediately.

🚫 Refunds/Replacements will NOT be provided if:
• You change your mind after ordering.
• You provide the wrong pickup details.
• The mochi was left outside or improperly stored after pickup.
• The issue is reported more than 24 hours after receiving the order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To submit a request, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Provide:
• Your order number
• A photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
• A brief explanation of the issue
3️⃣ We will review your request within 48 hours and respond with the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled before Thursday at 6 PM.
  • After the cutoff time, cancellations are non-refundable, as the ingredients have already been prepared. Final Notes
  • All sales are final once the order is picked up.
  • We do our best to provide high-quality mochi and appreciate your understanding.
